Loonatics Unleashed is an American animated television series produced by Warner Bros. Animation that ran on the Kids’ WB for two seasons from 2005 to 2007 in the United States, Teletoon in Canada, Kids Central in Singapore, Cartoon Network’s Boomerang in Australia, Cartoon Network in the UK, Southeast Asia and Latin America, and XHGC in Mexico. Transformers: Rescue Bots, or simply Rescue Bots, is a toyline and television series based on toy manufacturer Hasbro’s Transformers. Rescue Bots is the successor of Transformers: Robot Heroes and is based on the same concept as the Marvel Super Hero Squad franchise and Hero On-The-Go. Rescue Bots mainly focuses on educating children regarding hazards and safety.

The toy line’s roster of allies differs from the TV series containing: Chief Charlie Burns, Cody Burns, Axel Frazier, Billy Blastoff, Sawyer Storm, and Walker Cleveland. A dog named Sparkplug is also featured as a member of the team.

An Arabic translation has been airing on MBC 3 since early 2006 and a Tamil translation has been airing on Chutti TV since its launch. It also used to air on Cartoon Network in Urdu. There have been several toys and video games based on the series. Its main character designer is Jeff Matsuda.
