Big Brother: After Dark was an uncensored, uncut live feed from the American Big Brother House while broadcast on Showtime2. The program debuted on July 5, 2007 as a companion show since Big Brother 8 and it aired on Showtime 2 in the United States and Slice in Canada.

The program was the only first-run original program produced specifically for any of Showtime’s seven multiplex channels.

On May 29, 2013, it was announced that Big Brother: After Dark will move to TVGN beginning on June 26. While it was promoted by TVGN as remaining uncensored as it was on Showtime 2, on TVGN “Big Brother: After Dark” is now rated TV14 and censored for language by muting of the audio.. The network says that nine words and nudity will be censored from the show, though some profanity still goes through. The broadcast airs uncensored over Slice in Canada.

A version of this program was also developed as a companion series to Big Brother Canada on Slice.

Celebrity Big Brother is a British reality television game show in which a number of celebrity contestants live in an isolated house trying to avoid being evicted by the public with the aim of winning a large cash prize being donated to the winner’s nominated charity at the end of the run. The programme aired annually between 2001 and 2011, until 2012 when, for the first time, two series aired in the same year. This process has since continued.

The show is a spin-off of the original series Big Brother. There are a number of differences between Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother. For example, Celebrity Big Brother lasts for a much shorter time than Big Brother and the celebrities – so long as they are not ejected or quit the programme – are paid for their participation.

From its inception in 2001, Celebrity Big Brother was broadcast on Channel 4 and its sister channel E4, until Big Brother was cancelled by Channel 4 in 2010 due to falling ratings. Celebrity Big Brother has been broadcast on Channel 5 and its sister channel 5* since Channel 5 acquired the rights in 2011. During its run on Channel 4, Celebrity Big Brother was presented by Davina McCall, who also presented the original show.

The Challenge is a reality game show on MTV that is spun off from and mostly cast-contestant dependent on the network’s two flagship reality shows, The Real World and the now cancelled Road Rules. The Challenge has developed a spin-off series in its own right, Spring Break Challenge. The Challenge and Spring Break Challenge have a somewhat cast-contestant interdependent relationship in that both programs have used at least one or more contestants from the other. The Voice is an Australian reality talent show based on the original Dutch version of the program created by John de Mol and is part of a wider international franchise. The first series premiered on the Nine Network on 15 April 2012 featuring Delta Goodrem, Joel Madden, Seal and Keith Urban as the coaches. Karise Eden was the show’s first season’s winner, defeating Darren Percival, Rachael Leahcar and Sarah De Bono in the live-to-air finale broadcast on 18 June 2012. Urban was replaced by Ricky Martin for the show’s second series after joining the American Idol judging panel. The series is hosted by Darren McMullen with Faustina Agolley as the social media correspondent.

Four Rooms is a British television series that began airing on Channel 4 on 24 May 2011. The show, which is currently hosted by Anita Rani sees members of the public attempt to sell their valuable and collectible items in exchange for a cash offer from one of the four dealers.

Property Brothers is a Canadian reality television series that is produced by Cineflix. It airs on W Network and HGTV. Identical twin brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott help home buyers to purchase and renovate “fixer-uppers.”

Drew is a real estate expert who scouts neglected houses and negotiates the purchases. His identical twin brother Jonathan is a licensed contractor who does the renovations of the houses. Together, the Property Brothers help families find, buy, and transform fixer-uppers into dream homes on a strict time-line and strict budget.

Each episode starts with the brothers showing buyers a house with everything on their wish list that tends to be substantially over their budget. Afterward, the brothers show them fixer-uppers with potential to become their dream home. After the buyers narrow it down to two houses, the brothers use computer-generated imagery to reveal their re-imagined vision of the home after renovations.

The show has a condensed time-line of the renovations. Typical of home improvement shows with an accelerated renovation format, the brothers have three experienced crews work on the house to finish in the 4 to 6 week timeline. They work with real project budgets set out by the buyers. The buyers own the property and pay for the remodelling, but the show is able to provide about $20,000 to $25,000 worth of furnishings.

Couples decide whether to seek a new residence or transform their existing spaces in this reality show.
